In response to the characteristics and needs of microsatellites, BTSTC launched a comprehensive test solution for integrated satellites. The solution has the main features of high integration, automation, full-featured, flexible combination and low cost, which solves the problem of effective and coverage testing of small satellites at low cost. The system consists of an automated test platform, a power supply test unit, a position and track control test unit, a measurement and control test unit, a digital load test unit, a record playback unit, a channel simulation unit, and the like.

The measurement and control subsystem is an important part of microsatellites. In order to achieve a test environment consistent with the real harsh environment in the laboratory, the satellite channel simulator is added to the solution to build a realistic channel environment, which has the ability to generate wireless signals affected by real channel changes. During the overall test process, the test status information and the RF original signal are recorded. Combining with the automated test decision conditions, the fault condition can be quickly found. After a fault occurs, with the help of wireless signal supporting original signal repeat playback, users can quickly troubleshoot.
